Burgundy and Champagne: A night at the Cabaret

Quick outfit post for today! I wore this last week when Aaron and I went to the Cabaret at the Columbia Club with some friends. (Thanks for the invite Chris and James- we had a WONDERFUL time!) If you’re an Indy resident and enjoy cocktails and live jazz- I highly recommend you go. The Columbia Club is an amazing space- located on the circle, beautiful architecture, natural wood finishes, chandeliers and massive windows! When trying to think of a title for this post, I was thinking about my evening.-I went ahead and called it “champagne” because that’s what I drank all night (thanks Champagne!) and what better name for this nude-y shade?  Lot’s of wine-isms intended. You know I love my booze; why not incorporate it into my blog titles?

This evening’s guest was “Kat Edmondson”.  She kind of made me think of a Norah Jones-Allison Krauss love-child with a teeny, adorable- vintage Twiggy vibe. I loved her! Check her out here:http://www.katedmonson.com/
