    Things I'm Loving This week

Got a few little goodies in the mail this week and wanted to share! I can’t wait to sit down and start reading “The Coconut Miracle” with beauty suggestions, recipes and health remedies all from coconut oil. Hopefully I’ll have some beauty hints I can share soon!

So first thing is first- let’s talk about RocksBox- it’s a fun subscription service where you can sign up and receive three pieces of jewelery each month- if you like it you can pay to keep which ever piece(s) you like, if not, you return them and get a new box of goodies the next month! You can sign up and get a month for freet using my code: “bighairandfoodiefarexoxo” . Who doesn’t love getting pretty things in the mail?! Plus you can look through the site and make a “wishlist” and they will send you items you have “wished” for!

These amazing eyelash sunglasses are so cute! The pink is a little darker than I thought it would be from the photo- but hey, thats ok! I’ll just pair them with some hot pink Niki Minaj lips. Also- I like that they don’t have the wired nose pads on them- I always get those stuck in my hair and it pulls my hair out when I put my sunglasses on top of my head!

I got the Pacifica roll-on French Lilac perfume at Lucky’s (a grocery store) this weekend- they have all different scents but this one reminded me of the lilac bush at my moms house. Smells so summer and fresh! I decided to keep this in my purse for when I need  “refresher”.

I also saw this book at Lucky’s over the weekend. It was listed at $18 in the store so I purchased it on Amazon for about $12.

Last- I’m loving me some peonies. This particular bouquet sits on my kitchen table- and I made it myself. I was originally going to purchase one, but they retailed for about $60- wait, what? So, I bought a little glass bowl, some multi-color/pink peonies and trimmed them up and used some “Floral Setting Resin” to create the illusion of water. Hey, fake flowers last forever right? (If you plan on making your own- NEVER buy anything at a craft store full price. Floral stems are ALWAYS going on sale, and if not- there are great coupons available. You just have to look!)
