There’s no getting around it. I love me a good ol’ graphic tee. Living in the midwest- there’s this unspoken code that if you wear a dress and heels into an establishment on a Tuesday at 2:00 pm, everyone’s eyeballs pop out of their heads and they look at like you’re a crazy person. In the Midwest jeans and tees are always a safe outfit “go-to”. Although slightly BORRRRRRINNNGGGG, I’d be lying if I didn’t admit I love a good comfy day outfit. Enter- the graphic tee and cut offs.
I have had this tee for probably over 5 years, I think it was originally from Urban Outfitters, but I can’t even remember at this point. And, you won’t believe how old these Chucks are! I bought them for my sister when I was 16, at my first totally sweet job: Finish Line. (She then left them at home when she moved to France a few years later, and I snuck them back into my sneaker collection. ) I couldn’t believe how old they were when I actually got to thinking about it. I mean, how many of you actually have a pair of shoes from high school? I’m impressed with myself, actually.
I wanted to share a graphic tee post with you guys because while we all own them, we don’t typically think of them as being a “cute”piece of our closet collection. Go on gals- you go ahead and dress up that graphic tee! Theyr’e everywhere- with leather shorts and skirts, boyfriends and heels! The possibilities are limitless.
I’ve scoured the internet for this tee shirt- I found it on one site but there was only one in quantity. Fear not, I’ve included some other totally “Kelli” options that I think are pretty damn rad. Outer space, galaxy, wolf howling at the moon, pizza cat, Prince, Fleetwood Mac and some champagne shirts- ummmm, I love them all. If you know me personally you’ll get these shirts. I own the Chewbacca tank, and have ordered a few others. AND I am absolutely DYING over the Fleetwood Mac shirt. I saw this exact shirt when in Breckenridge last month but refused to pay $60 for a tee shirt. (Thanks internet.)

After scouring the net for a few hours to find the best graphic tees- I was surprised to find that ModCloth and SheIn had most of my top choices you see in the post. Next time you’re in the market for a good graphic tee- check them both out!

OMG, I love the pizza cat tank!! 🙂 I know exactly what you’re talking about – I always feel like people are staring at me for being too overdressed in restaurants. Just calm down and accept it, haha!
